Each spring since 1986, Belle Plaine has welcomed thousands of visitors at the annual TULIP TIME FESTIVAL. Held the third weekend of April, the two-day event offers a multitude of activities for every age.  The activities attract visitors from a wide area of the Central United States.

 Featuring a commemorative Print and Button, the festival events include, Arts & Crafts Fair, ON-Stage Entertainment, Athletic Competitions, Parade, Car Show and much more.

 Many tulips are planted throughout the community to welcome spring and visitors to this family oriented festival.
